02 · About Paul
I've been a full-time broker at Home Town Real Estate since earning my license in January 2020. I learned the fundamentals working alongside my aunt, JoAnn Grenard, and the approach stuck: answer the phone, know the contract details, work hard for your clients and never cut corners.
Before becoming a real estate broker, I studied art and design, and hold a BFA from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY and an MFA from Purchase College in Westchester County, NY. That background shows up in the parts of the job most agents treat as an afterthought: how a listing is photographed and how the marketing materials are designed and presented in our listing packets. It's a genuine advantage for our clients, not just a bullet point.
I strive to be well informed and hold an Accredited Buyer's Representative designation from the National Association of REALTORS®. I really enjoy helping first-time homeowners achieve their goals, and I've developed a step-by-step guide to walk them through it. On the listing side, I'm deeply interested in marketing a property, researching it, and helping sellers get to the finish line.
As a broker at Home Town Real Estate of Cañon City, I primarily focus on residential transactions, but I also assist both buyers and sellers with land and commercial listings across Fremont County.
