I've been a full-time broker at HomeTown Real Estate since earning my license in January 2020, working under my aunt and mentor, JoAnn Grenard, who's been the top residential agent in Cañon City for most of the past decade. I learned this business the way she runs it: answer the phone, know the details, don't cut corners.
Before real estate, I trained in art and design — a BFA from Pratt Institute and an MFA from Purchase College. That background shows up in the parts of the job most agents treat as an afterthought: how a listing is photographed, how a space is staged to actually show well, how a description reads. It's a genuine edge, not a bullet point.
I work both sides of the table — buyers and sellers — and both residential and commercial listings, across Cañon City, Florence, and Penrose.
